Under this agreement
- iStore will offer specific models of Apple products to the IST community at special discounted prices as listed below;
- iStore will offer two years warranty on all MacBook, iMac, iPad and iPhone sold to the IST community. The first year warranty is worldwide the second year warranty is for Middle East and Africa region;
- iStore will offer a loan unit if the repair takes longer than three working days (this is for items originally sold by iStore and not for all repairs), and
- iStore will offer a priority support service to members of the IST community at no extra fee.
